Aqua lift 11.8M speedboat

Aqua Lift – Construction from Mould to Finish

With extensive experience in custom boat design, construction, and marine fabrication, our team managed the entire build process, ensuring consistent quality across every stage of development.

We undertook the design and complete construction of the 11.8m speedboat Aqua Lift, delivering the vessel from initial design and mould to final finish. The project required precise fiberglass workmanship, structural integrity, and high-quality finishing to produce a fast, durable, and reliable speedboat suitable for demanding marine operations.

Scope of Work

The project scope covered the full lifecycle of vessel design and construction:

Vessel design and layout development
Hull construction from mould
Fiberglass laminating and structural build-up
Deck construction and assembly
Upper structure and component fabrication
Fairing, surface preparation, and finishing works
Quality checks and final detailing

All works were carried out using marine-grade materials and proven construction techniques to ensure performance, safety, and longevity.

Project Execution

The build followed a structured workflow, allowing tight control over quality, alignment, and structural strength. Each construction phase was carefully monitored to ensure the vessel met operational and performance expectations.

Attention was given to weight distribution, finish quality, and overall durability, resulting in a speedboat built for reliable service in Maldivian waters.
