Salted Fiber Works was appointed by Maldives Boat Cruise Pvt Ltd to deliver the construction of a temporary jetty and temporary accommodation blocks at Fushidhiggaa Island, located in South Ari Atoll.
The project was developed to support island operations during ongoing and future activities, requiring rapid deployment, reliable construction, and functionality suited to a remote island environment.
The project scope included the following key components:
All works were carried out with consideration for marine exposure, ease of access, and efficient island-based construction.
Working in a remote island location required careful planning of logistics, transportation, and sequencing of works. Salted Fiber Works applied its experience in island development and temporary infrastructure to ensure smooth execution within limited access conditions.
The jetty enabled safe and efficient vessel berthing, while the accommodation blocks provided practical living facilities for operational staff, supporting uninterrupted island activities.
